How long will my order take?

Since our product candles are made in small, made-to-order batches, please allow 1-3 business days for production.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Canada and the U.S. takes 2 to 7 business days. For all other regions, your order can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Where are you shipping from?

Orders are produced, packaged in, and shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on U.S. orders over $65 USD and Canadian orders over $65 CAD.

Can I make changes to my shipping address?

Please contact us immediately if you need to update the shipping address on your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with tracking information. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number and we'll look into it for you.

What happens if my order is lost or not delivered?

If your order was lost by the shipping carrier and you would like a refund or a new order, please contact us for assistance.

Returns

Can I return items in my order?

Due to the nature of our product, used candles are unable to be returned or refunded.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number and photos of any damaged items.

Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Can I exchange items in my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges unless your items arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us for further assistance.
