Our Story

Named after my late grandmother Ruth, a Jamaican-born seamstress who lived to make things beautiful, and my niece Gem, who's inherited her creative spirit, Ruth & Gem was born out of curiosity and a desire for scents that felt more intimate than the resort drink-inspired offerings of bigger brands.

Launched in 2021, it became a creative outlet for my family and we're proud to share our products; from our home to yours.
