Ruth & Gem only uses sustainable, quality ingredients when handcrafting our items. For the safest and best possible burn, please read our candle care tips below and the candle care card in your order package. Ruth & Gem does not take responsibility for the misuse of candles and resulting damage.

Trim candle wick after each and every use
Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.
Do not leave lit candles unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface.
Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings.
Stop use when only 1/4” of wax remains.
